Mutual Deliveries. At the Closing, Brandywine OP and Xxxxxxxx shall mutually execute and deliver each to the other: (a) A final closing statement reflecting the adjustments and prorations required hereunder and the allocation of income and expenses required hereby. (b) Such other and further documents, papers and instruments as may be reasonably required by the parties hereto in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby or their respective counsel.
