Mutual Exclusivity Obligations. During the Term, to the extent permitted under Applicable Law and subject to the terms of this Section 4.3, neither Party nor any of its Affiliates, either internally or through intentionally enabling a Third Party, shall clinically develop or commercialize any product or therapy comprising its Product, [*****], in the Field in the Territory for any Indication which is included in the then-applicable Development Plan and for which the Parties have agreed to file an IND, except for the Combination Therapy in accordance with this Agreement.
