Common use of Mutual Funds Clause in Contracts

Mutual Funds. The Named Fiduciary hereby acknowledges that it has received from the Trustee a copy of the prospectus for each Fidelity Mutual Fund selected by the Named Fiduciary as a Plan investment option or short-term investment fund. All transactions involving Non-Fidelity Mutual Funds shall be done in accordance with the Operational Guidelines attached hereto as Schedule "H". Trust investments in Mutual Funds shall be subject to the following limitations:
