Common use of Mutual Representations, Warranties and Covenants Clause in Contracts

Mutual Representations, Warranties and Covenants. Each Party represents, warrants, and covenants to the other that it has the full right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement, to grant the rights and licenses granted under this Agreement and to perform its obligations under this Agreement;

Each Party of the parties represents, warrants, warrants and covenants to the other that that: (a) it has the full right, powerand will continue to have the right during the Term, and authority to enter into and fully perform this Agreement, to grant ; and (b) it has not and will not during the rights and licenses granted under this Agreement and to perform Term enter into an agreement or arrangement which in any way limits or restricts the full performance of its obligations under this Agreement;hereunder.
