MWBE Subcontractor Utilization Quarterly Report. Contractor is required to report MWBE Subcontractor utilization, as part of the quarterly claim process, to the DHSES by the last day of the month following the end of each calendar quarter over the term of the Contract documenting the progress made towards achievement of the MWBE goals of the Contract.
