N o Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement is solely for the benefit of the parties hereto and their successors and assigns permitted under this Agreement, and no provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed to confer upon any other person any remedy, claim, liability, reimbursement, cause of action or other right.
N o Third Party Beneficiaries. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to create, and the parties do not intend to create, any rights in or for the benefit of third parties.
N o Third Party Beneficiaries. No claim as a third-party beneficiary under the Contract by any person, firm, or corporation other than the Supplier shall be made, or be valid, against the Village.
N o Third Party Beneficiaries. The Parties expressly acknowledge that it is not their intent to create or confer any rights or obligations in or upon any third person or entity under this Agreement. None of the Parties intend to directly or substantially benefit a third party by this Agreement. The Parties agree that there are no third party beneficiaries to this Agreement and that no third party shall be entitled to assert a claim against any of the Parties based upon this Agreement. Nothing herein shall be construed as consent by an agency or political subdivision of the State of Florida to be sued by third parties in any manner arising out of any contract.
N o Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement does entire understanding of the parties related to the subject matter hereof. The Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, proposals, representations, statements, or understandings, not expressly or implicitly provide any third party (including users) with any remedy, claim, liability, reimbursement, cause of action, or other right or privilege. whether written or oral, concerning the Services or the parties’
N o Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as otherwise provided herein, no person or entity shall be deemed to be a third party beneficiary hereof, including but not limited to any brokers, and nothing in this Lease (either expressed or implied) is intended to confer upon any person or entity, other than Landlord and Tenant (and their respective nominees, successors and assigns), any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Lease.
N o Third Party Beneficiaries. All rights and obligations of the Parties hereunder are personal to them. This Agreement is not intended to benefit, nor shall it be deemed to give rise to, any rights to any third party (including, without limitation any Subcontractor).

Each Stockholder hereby agrees that its representations, warranties and covenants set forth herein are solely for the benefit of the Company in accordance with and subject to the terms of this Agreement, and this Agreement is not intended to, and does not, confer upon any Person other than the parties hereto any rights or remedies hereunder, including the right to rely upon the representations and warranties set forth herein, and the parties hereto hereby further agree that this Agreement may only be enforced against, and any Action that may be based upon, arise out of or relate to this Agreement, or the negotiation, execution or performance of this Agreement may only be made against, the Persons expressly named as parties hereto.
N o Third Party Beneficiaries. Vendor and YMCA agree and acknowledge that, except as expressly set forth herein, there are no intended third party beneficiaries of this License nor any of the rights and privileges conferred herein.
N o Third Party Beneficiaries. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create any right in any third party not a signatory to this Agreement, and the parties do not intend to create any third party beneficiaries by entering into this Agreement.
