Common use of N otices Clause in Contracts

Any notice in connection with this Agreement must be in writing and in English, and shall be validly given with respect to each Party if sent by an internationally recognized courier service to the address set out in the relevant Order. Any notice shall be deemed to have been received on date of receipt as recorded in courier's records and shall be effective upon receipt.
