NAESB Business Practices. All activities under this Agreement shall be conducted in a manner that meets or exceeds the applicable NAESB Business Practices approved by FERC and incorporated into FERC’s regulations, as such NAESB Business Practices may be revised from time to time. TVA incorporates NAESB Business Practices as stated in their Transmission Service Guidelines to the extent they are not inconsistent with TVA’s obligations under the TVA Act.
