Name and Likeness Rights. The Executive hereby authorizes the Company to use, reuse, and to grant others the right to use and reuse, his name, photograph, likeness (including caricature), voice, and biographical information, and any reproduction or simulation thereof, in any media now known or hereafter developed (including but not limited to film, video and digital or other electronic media), both during and after his employment, for whatever purposes the Company deems necessary.

Composer hereby irrevocably and without limitation grants to Soundscape the right to and to permit others to use the names, likenesses, photographs and/or biographical materials of Composer in connection with the exercise by Soundscape of all rights granted to it pursuant to this Agreement. Upon execution of this Agreement, Composer agrees to provide Soundscape with a copy of Composer’s updated and current biographical materials, as well as copies of any current professional photographs.

Employee hereby authorizes the Company to use, reuse, and to grant others the right to use and reuse, Employee’s name, photograph, likeness (including caricature), voice, and biographical information, and any reproduction or simulation thereof, in any form of media or technology now known or hereafter developed (including, but not limited to, film, video and digital or other electronic media), to the extent that materials using Employee’s name or likeness were generated during Employee’s employment and such name or likeness is only used for purposes related to the Company’s business, such as marketing, advertising, credits, and presentations.

Composer hereby irrevocably and without limitation grants InStyle the right to and to permit others to use names, likenesses, photographs and/or biographical materials of Composer in connection with the exercise by InStyle of all rights granted to it pursuant to this Agreement. Upon execution of this Agreement, Composer agrees to provide InStyle with copy of Composer’s updated and current biographical materials, as well as copies of any current professional photographs.

The Key Employee hereby authorizes the Company to use, reuse, and to grant others the right to use and reuse, his/her name, photograph, likeness (including caricature), voice, and biographical information, and any reproduction or simulation thereof, in any media now known or hereafter developed (including but not limited to film, video and digital or other electronic media), both during and after his/her employment, for whatever purposes the Company deems necessary.

For avoidance of doubt, Exhibit 10.4 without the Executive’s prior written consent, the Company may not use, reuse, and to grant others the right to use and reuse, his name, photograph, likeness (including caricature), voice, and biographical information, and any reproduction or simulation thereof for reasons other than the ordinary business of the Company, provided that the Executive shall not unreasonably withhold such consent.
Name and Likeness Rights. ARTIST agrees that PURCHASER may use ARTIST’S name, pictures, photographs and other approved likeness in connection with the advertising and publicizing of the engagement hereunder, but such use shall not be as an endorsement of any products or service. Such rights shall be for the SNOOPADELIC Brazil TOUR RUN Shows ONLY 2015 and extend and continue in effect only during the period beginning with the execution of this Agreement and continuing until the engagement which is the subject of this Agreement.
