Name; Formation. The name of the limited liability company shall be Texas Corridor Hospital Company, LLC (the “Company”), or such other name as the Members may from time to time hereafter designate. The Company shall be formed upon the execution and filing by any Member, by any person designated by a Member or by any officer, agent or employee of the registered agent of the Company in the State of Delaware (any such person being hereby authorized to take such action) of a certificate of formation of the Company with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware setting forth the information required by Section 18-201 of the Delaware Act.
