Common use of Name of Building Clause in Contracts

Name of Building. The Landlord reserves the right to name the Development and/or the Building with any such name or style as it in its sole discretion may determine and at any time and from time to time to change alter substitute or abandon any such name without any compensation to the Tenant nor incurring any liability to the Tenant and no Rent or Management Fees or other fees payable by the Tenant hereunder or any part thereof shall be abated or cease to be payable Provided that the Landlord shall give the Tenant notice of its intention so to do.
