Common use of Name of Building Clause in Contracts

Name of Building. The Landlord reserves the right to name the Building with any such name or style as it in its sole discretion may determine and at any time and from time to time to change alter substitute or abandon any such name without compensation to the Tenant Provided that the Landlord shall give the Tenant and the postal and other relevant government authorities not less than three months notice of its intention so to do.
