Name of the Surviving Corporation. The name of the Surviving Corporation shall be “The Peoples Bank & Trust Company.”
Name of the Surviving Corporation. The name of the Surviving Corporation shall be “Community West Bancshares.” Article I of the Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation of the Surviving Corporation is hereby amended to read as follows: “The name of this corporation is Community West Bancshares.”
Name of the Surviving Corporation. The name of the Surviving Corporation shall be "Peoples Community Bancorp, Inc.," and the registered office of the Surviving Corporation shall be located at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000.
Name of the Surviving Corporation. The name of the Surviving Corporation shall be "ESB Financial Corporation."
Name of the Surviving Corporation. The name of the Surviving Corporation shall be “Joe’s Jeans, Inc.”
Name of the Surviving Corporation. The name of the Surviving Corporation shall be "Peekskill Financial Corp."
Name of the Surviving Corporation. The name of the Surviving Corporation shall be mutually agreed upon by Citizens and Mid Am by amendment to this Plan in accordance with Section 9.2 hereof prior to the mailing of the Joint Proxy Statement/Prospectus (as hereinafter defined).
Name of the Surviving Corporation. Following the Closing Date, A4S and the Surviving Corporation will acquire the right to use the names “Vizer Group, Inc.”, “Vizer”, “Avurt International, Inc.”, “Avurt International” and “Avurt”. The Shareholders shall cease using the names set forth in the preceding sentence or any derivatives thereof or any names confusingly similar therewith other than in connection with their employment with A4S and/or the Surviving Corporation.
Name of the Surviving Corporation. The name of the Surviving Corporation shall be as agreed to between the parties prior to the Effective Time.
Name of the Surviving Corporation. The name of the Surviving Corporation shall be Interiors, Inc.
