Common use of Nameplate Capacity Determination Clause in Contracts

Nameplate Capacity Determination. Submit to Idaho Power such data as Idaho Power may reasonably require to confirm the manufacturer’s Nameplate Capacity rating and the Maximum Capacity rating of the Facility. Such data will include but not be limited to, equipment specifications, power factor assumptions, and any other data that would allow Idaho Power to verify the generating capacity and the manufacturer’s nameplate rating of this Facility. Upon receipt of this information, Idaho Power will review the provided data and if necessary, request additional data to complete the verification process within a reasonable time.
