Names of Partners. (a) The General Partner is Clearday Impact Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company whose address is c/o Clearday Alternative Care, Inc., at the address set forth above.

In the introductory paragraph of the Amended and Restated JV Agreement: (i) “Zakaroff Recycling Services, Inc.” is hereby deleted and replaced with “Zakaroff Services” and (ii) “Republic Waste Industries, Inc., a California corporation” is hereby deleted and replaced with “Republic Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation.”
