Common use of NASA Emblems Clause in Contracts

NASA Emblems. Use of NASA emblems (i.e., NASA Seal, NASA Insignia, NASA logotype, NASA Program Identifiers, and the NASA Flag) are governed by 14 C.F.R. Part 1221. The Collaborating Party must submit any proposed use of the emblems to NASA Communications for review and approval.

The Collaborating Party must submit COLLABORATOR agrees that any proposed use of the emblems such emblems/devices shall be submitted to NASA Communications Public Affairs for review and approvalapproval in accordance with such regulations.
