NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts through the Human Resources Division (HRD) and the Union are parties to a Collective Bargaining Agreement which provides for employees covered by the terms and conditions of the Agreement to have their salaries directly transferred electronically.
