Common use of National Service Platform Requirement Clause in Contracts

National Service Platform Requirement. The Miss America Organization has entered into an agreement with the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. The agreement, among other things, establishes Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals as the Miss America Organization’s National Platform.
