Nationwide eHealth Exchange. The P3N may provide CPs with connectivity to the nationwide eHealth Exchange. When the P3N is connected to the eHealth Exchange, CPs that wish to utilize the P3N connectivity to the eHealth Exchange will enter into a Data Use and Reciprocal Support Agreement (DURSA) with PA eHealth which is a restatement of the multiparty legal agreement that established a trust framework between the participants of the nationwide eHealth Exchange.
