Common use of Natural Disasters Clause in Contracts

Natural Disasters. Employees who are unable to attend work because of a natural disaster (eg flood or bushfire) are eligible for Special Leave, if work was available. Employees must provide a statutory declaration as evidence of their inability to attend work (including details of alternative routes to work, if any).
