Natural Resources Fund. Effective June 1, 2013, the Adviser voluntarily agrees to reduce its advisory fee that would be payable by the Natural Resources Fund (after giving effect to asset-based breakpoints) by 0.03% of the Natural Resources Fund's average daily net assets. The Adviser may terminate this voluntary waiver at any time upon notice to the Natural Resources Fund. Mid Cap Value Index Fund Effective June 1, 2013, the Adviser voluntarily agrees to reduce its advisory fee that would be payable by the Mid Cap Value Index Fund (after giving effect to asset-based breakpoints) by 0.15% of the Mid Cap Value Index Fund's average daily net assets. The Adviser may terminate this voluntary waiver at any time upon notice to the Mid Cap Value Index Fund.
