General Nature of Project RFP 21-52 – Excess Workers Compensation Insurance Broker (Annual Contract).
Nature of the Contract 3.1. The Contract is a public services contract within the meaning of regulation 2(1) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Nature of sampling Samples of lamps shall be selected at random from the production of a uniform batch. A uniform batch means a set of lamps of the same type, defined according to the production methods of the manufacturer. The assessment shall in general cover series production from individual factories. However, a manufacturer may group together records concerning the same type from several factories, provided these operate under the same quality system and quality management.
Nature of the processing MailChimp provides an email service, automation and marketing platform and other related services, as described in the Agreement.
NATURE OF CONTRACT Execution of this Contract by the Student does not guarantee University Housing. Housing assignments for non-guaranteed students are dependent upon space availability. This Contract shall constitute a license and shall not be deemed to constitute a lease or to create or transfer interest in or lien on real estate. This Contract may not be assigned or transferred.
Nature of Services Provided The Provider has agreed to provide the following digital educational services described in Exhibit “A”.
Self Scheduling The Home and the Union may agree to implement a self-scheduling process. Self-scheduling is the mechanism by which employees in a Home create their own work schedules. The purpose of self scheduling is to improve job satisfaction and quality of work life for the participating employees. Self scheduling requires a collaboration of employees and management to ensure proper coverage of the Home and to meet the provisions of the Collective Agreement. It is agreed that self scheduling will be negotiated locally by the Home and the Union and will include a trial period. Each Home must have the majority agreement of the full-time and part-time employees who vote on the issue to agree on a trial period of up to six months. Once the trial period is complete, each Home must have a minimum of 66⅔% agreement of the full-time and part-time employees who vote on the issue to continue with the new schedule on a permanent basis.
Nature of the Relationship Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. The Company is agreeing only to provide Client with access to the Program, which provides education and information. The information contained in the Program, including any interactions with the instructors, is not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as, professional advice.
Nature of Services Executive shall diligently perform such duties and assume such responsibilities as shall from time to time be specified by the Company.
Project Agreements Provided that where the company commences work on a project where a site agreement exists to which the company is contractually obligated or where a site agreement exists between the union and the client or their agent that provides for higher rates of pay and conditions, the conditions contained in any such site agreement will take precedence over this Agreement for the duration of the project.
