Nature of Distribution. To the extent any Product is or contains software, PlanetCAD will only license the right to use such Product(s) to Dassault Systemes for license fees, and will not, and does not, transfer any right, title or interest in such software to Dassault Systemes nor any User. Use of the terms "sell," "purchase", "license", "price", and "license fee" in this Agreement will be interpreted in accordance with this Section 3.5.
