Appointment License Grant. Tangoe hereby grants to Vodafone and Vodafone hereby accepts, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, renewable right and license during the Term to sell and distribute the Products, Documentation and/or Services directly to its Customers, prospective Customers and others in the Territory. Vodafone’s appointment to sell the Products and Services may be subject to training and/or specialization requirements as mutually agreed in advance by the parties in writing. Vodafone shall not utilize the Products for its own internal business use except pursuant to a separate agreement for that purpose.
Appointment License Grant. Be hereby appoints PLATHOME as a non- exclusive reseller of the BeOS in Japan during the term of this Agreement. [*] There are no implied licenses under this Agreement, and any rights not expressly granted to PLATHOME hereunder are reserved by Be.
Appointment License Grant. (a) PFG hereby appoints Bacou as a non-exclusive distributor of the PFG Products in the Territory and Bacou hereby accepts such appointment. (b) PFG hereby grants to Bacou a non-exclusive License to produce, use, offer and sell Licensed Products in the Territory. (c) In accepting such appointment and License, Bacou acknowledges that (i) PFG retains the exclusive right to sell and distribute the Licensed Products and to use the License in the Western Hemisphere and in Australia and New Zealand; (ii) PFG retains the non-exclusive right together with Bacou to sell and distribute PFG Products in the Territory; (iii) PFG has appointed and may appoint other distributors and licensees to sell PFG Products and to use the License in the 2 Territory and in other parts of the world; and (iv) Bacou has no right to sell or distribute the Licensed Products or any other PFG Products outside the Territory.
Appointment License Grant. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, InnerDyne hereby appoints Maxxim as InnerDyne's exclusive distributor for, and grants an exclusive license to Maxxim under its intellectual property rights to market and sell, the InnerDyne Devices individually or in combination with Maxxim Products as part of a System for use in the Permitted Fields throughout the Territory, and Maxxim hereby accepts such appointment and grant. During the Term of this Agreement, InnerDyne shall not appoint any other distributor with responsibility for, or grant any other license with respect to the marketing and sale of the InnerDyne Devices in the Territory for use in the Permitted Fields.
Appointment License Grant. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions herein, during the Term Symantec hereby grants Enterprise xSP and Enterprise xSP hereby accepts a non-exclusive, non-transferable appointment as a Symantec services provider.
