Nature of Employment and Obligations. (a) Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to create other than a terminable at will employment relationship between the Company and the Executive, and the Company may terminate the Executive’s employment at any time, subject to providing any payments specified in this Agreement in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
