Nature of Obligations Hereunder. All payments and other obligations of the Company are and shall be general obligations of the Company to which its full faith and credit are hereby pledged. This Agreement and the covenants and agreements contained herein shall not be deemed to be for the benefit of any person other than the parties hereto, the Trustee and the Bondholders.
