Nature of Title of Trustor. The Trustor shall not have any legal title to any part of the Lessor's Estate. No transfer, by operation of law or otherwise, of the right, title and interest of the Trustor in and to the Lessor's Estate or the trust hereunder shall operate to terminate this Agreement or Lessor's Estate.
Nature of Title of Trustor. Trustor shall not have legal title to any part of the Trust Estate. No transfer, by operation of law or otherwise, of the right, title and interest of Trustor in and to the Trust Estate or the trusts hereunder, in accordance with the terms hereof, shall operate to terminate this Agreement or the trusts hereunder or entitle any successor or transferee of Trustor to an accounting or to the transfer of it of legal title to any part of the Trust Estate.
