Common use of NAV CANADA JOINT COUNCIL AGREEMENTS Clause in Contracts

NAV CANADA JOINT COUNCIL AGREEMENTS. 16.01 Agreements, identified attached as Appendix C, as amended from time to time, concluded by the NAV CANADA Joint Council on items which may be included in this Agreement and which the parties to this Agreement endorsed after November 1, 1996 and made in accordance with the terms of the NAV CANADA Joint Council By-laws (as amended from time to time) will form part of this Collective Agreement. 16.02 Appendices C 1-5 reference the NCJC Agreements that currently form part of this Agreement. 16.03 Grievances with respect to the above-mentioned agreements will be determined in accordance with the NAV CANADA Joint Council By-laws.
