NCAA and Other Governing Athletics Rules and University Rules. (1) Athletics Director agrees to know, recognize, and comply in all respects with NCAA and other Governing Athletics Rules and University Rules. In the performance of all his/her duties and obligations under this Agreement, Athletics Director will abide by and comply with all Governing Athletics Rules and University Rules and all decisions issued by the University, as well as strive to comply with the spirit and intent of such rules.
