NCB Stock Sample Clauses

NCB Stock. Borrower shall hold that number of shares of Class B capital stock of NCB ("NCB Stock"), par value $100 per share, which is equal to one percent (1%) of the maximum amount of NCB's Commitment, and Borrower shall promptly execute and deliver such additional documents or instruments as NCB shall deem necessary or appropriate for NCB to obtain a perfected first priority Lien on such NCB Stock.
