Shares definition

Shares means the shares of Common Stock issued or issuable to each Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement.

Shares means the interests of Shareholders corresponding to the redeemable securities of record issued by the Fund under the Investment Company Act of 1940 that are held by the Intermediary.

• Upon receiving a demand from the Company to transfer Shares to the Company pursuant to this subsection, the Participant shall effect the transfer of Shares to the Company by no later than ten (10) business days from the date of the Company’s demand.
