NCE Cure Periods. 2.3.1. DB Contractor shall cure each Noncompliance Event by the end of the NCE Cure Period (if any) for each such Noncompliance Event set forth in the Noncompliance Events Table. The start of the NCE Cure Period shall be determined according to the “Assessment Category” shown in the Noncompliance Events Table.
