NCI Staffing Sample Clauses

NCI Staffing. No NCI employees will devote 100% of their effort or time to the Research Plan. NCI will not use funds provided by Collaborator under this CRADA for NCI personnel to pay the salary of any permanent NCI employee. Although personnel hired by NCI using CRADA funds will focus principally on the Research Plan, Collaborator acknowledges that these personnel may nonetheless make contributions to other activities, and these activities will be outside the scope of this CRADA.

  • Staffing There shall be a clinician employed by the outside contractor for EAP Services who will be on-site a minimum of 20 hours a week. The clinician shall report directly to the outside contractor, Peer Assistance Oversight Committee and the MIF liaison. There shall be three full-time Peer Assistants reporting to the outside contractor.
