The Company shall file with the NDRC within the applicable time period any requisite information and documents required under Section 1(3) of the NDRC Notice after the issuance of the Securities (“Post-Issuance Filing”) and shall notify the Representatives via email within a reasonable time once such Post-Issuance Filing is completed.
