Necessary Acts and Further Assurances. Upon reasonable request by Purchaser, the Provider shall execute and deliver such further documents and shall take such actions as may be reasonably necessary or appropriate to evidence or carry out the intent and purposes of this Contract or to show the ability to carry out the intent and purposes of this Contract.
