Necessary Authorisations. Without prejudice to any specific provision of the Facility Documents relating to an Authorisation, the Borrower shall (i) obtain, comply with and do all that is necessary to maintain in full force and effect all Necessary Authorisations if a failure to do the same may cause a Material Adverse Effect; and (ii) promptly upon request, supply certified copies to the Facility Agent of all Necessary Authorisations.
