NECESSARY CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS. At their sole expense, the Property Owner(s) shall make changes or modifications to the stormwater treatment measure(s) and/or the maintenance plan (Exhibit C) as may be determined as reasonably necessary by the City to ensure that the stormwater treatment measure(s) is properly maintained and continues to operate as originally designed and approved.

At their sole expenseTo ensure that the Stormwater Treatment Measures are properly maintained and inspected and continue to operate as originally designed and approved, the Property Owner(s), at its (or their) sole expense, shall make changes or modifications to the stormwater treatment measure(s) and/or Stormwater Treatment Measures, the maintenance plan (Exhibit C) Maintenance Plan, or Form of Annual Report as may be determined as reasonably necessary directed by the City to ensure when the City determines that the stormwater treatment measure(s) is properly maintained and continues to operate as originally designed and approvedsuch changes are reasonably necessary.
