CONSTRUCTION OF TREATMENT MEASURES. Property Owner agrees to construct the on-site stormwater treatment measure(s) shown on the Site Plan in strict accordance with the approved plans and specifications identified for the development and any other requirements thereto which have been approved by the County in conformance with appropriate County ordinances, guidelines, criteria and other written direction.

CONSTRUCTION OF TREATMENT MEASURES. The on-site Stormwater treatment measure(s) shown on the Site Plan shall be constructed by the Property Owner in strict accordance with the approved plans and specifications identified for the Property and any other requirements thereto which have been approved by the City in conformance with City Stormwater Regulations.
CONSTRUCTION OF TREATMENT MEASURES. The on-site stormwater treatment measure(s) shown on the Site Plan shall be constructed by the Property Owner in strict accordance with the approved plans and specifications identified for the School Site Portion of the Property (and the Adjacent Property, to the extent applicable) and any other requirements thereto which have been approved by the City in conformance with City Stormwater Regulations. With respect to the stormwater treatment measures to be located on the School Site Portion of the Property, prior to the conveyance of the School Site Portion of the Property to OAI, COA and OAI shall be jointly and severally liable for the performance of the duties and obligations of the Property Owner hereunder with respect to such stormwater treatment measures, and following such conveyance OAI shall be solely responsible for, and shall be deemed to have assumed, all of such duties and obligations with respect to such stormwater treatment measures. With respect to the stormwater treatment measures to be located on the Adjacent Property, prior to the conveyance of the School Site Portion of the Property to OAI, COA, OAI and Oracle shall be jointly and severally liable for the performance of the duties and obligations of the Property Owner hereunder with respect to such stormwater treatment measures, and following such conveyance OAI, OAI and Oracle shall be jointly and severally liable for the performance of the duties and obligations of the Property Owner hereunder with respect to such stormwater treatment measures.
