Necessary Equipment. Customer will be solely responsible, at Customer’s own expense, for acquiring, installing and maintaining all hardware, software and other equipment as may be necessary for Customer and Customer’s Users to connect to, access, and use the Services.

5.4 Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. Any message or information you send using the Product Software may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission is encrypted.
