Mandatory equipment. (a) All Employees engaged to work on site will be supplied with safety footwear and safety helmets appropriate to the work that they perform before commencing work on a Project. The safety footwear will be of an equivalent standard to those made by: (i) Steel Blue; (ii) Xxxxxx; and (iii) Mongrel Boots. (b) These items must be worn at all times as instructed during the Project induction process. (c) Helmets must not be painted, drilled or modified in any way. Damaged and/or worn footwear and helmets will be replaced on demand.

(minimum: tape, compresses, disinfectant) 9/ waterproof jacket. (water column minimum: 10000mm - hood recommended but not mandatory) 10/ Warm clothes for high mountain for sport and night. (ideally compressible, high and low body) 11/ bike helmet. 12/ minimum powerbank 10000mAh and/or dynamo equipment. 13/ GPS provided by the organization. 14/ complete repair kit + multitool + knife in accordance with your assembly. 15/ liquid capacity: minimum 1.5 liters. 16/ your mobile phone + ID card + CB money and/or cash. 17/ have enough to light a fire quickly. Sleeping equipment : 18 / two possible combinations : (sleeping bag + bivi) or (big jacket + bivi)

These items must be worn at all times, or, as instructed during the site induction process. Where there is evidence that Employees are not wearing the mandatory equipment whilst engaged to work on the site they will be dealt with in accordance with the Counselling and Disciplinary Procedure set out in this Agreement.

Mandatory equipment. Mandatory equipment required to rent a skate/shooting lane is helmet, gloves, hockey skates and hockey stick. Full equipment is required for goalies. If student/shooter does not bring the minimum required equipment and wear it at all times while on the skating/shooting lanes and in goalie training area, we reserve the right to deny the use of the lane and student/shooter will forfeit their session fee in its entirety. CANCELLATION POLICY. 24-hour advance notice is required to receive a full refund; otherwise the session fee will be forfeited in its entirety. This booking is non-refundable once it is less than 24-hours before reserved session time. If this booking is canceled or if there is a no-show, the total price of this reservation will be charged. RISK/LIABILITY. Participants and skaters assume all risks and danger of personal injury arising from or related in any way to admission to the Power Hour, LLC (d.b.a. Extra Hour) including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by ice skates, hockey pucks and sticks, skating treadmill,

The supplied items will be worn in accordance with the Safety, Health and Environment Work Method Statements (SHEWMS), or similar safety requirements applicable to the tasks performed. (c) Where there is evidence that Employees are not wearing the mandatory supplied equipment whilst engaged to work on the site they may face disciplinary action by the Company. (d) Helmets and Company issued clothing and equipment must not be painted, drilled or modified in any way. Furthermore, stickers (other than those supplied by the Company for the purpose of identification and/or induction compliance) must not be displayed on helmets and/or Company issued clothing and equipment. (e) Damaged and/or worn footwear, high visibility clothing, eye protection wear and helmets will be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis with approval by the relevant Manager or delegated authority.
