Common use of NECESSARY TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT Clause in Contracts

NECESSARY TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT. The District shall supply any and all tools and equipment needed to perform the job duties each employee was hired to perform, including janitorial clean up, mechanical maintenance, plumbing, electrical, grounds, maintenance, and kitchen work. Employees will use reasonable care to safeguard these tools and equipment, and report when the tools are missing, broken, or in need of repair.
