Vehicles and Equipment. The Council shall bear the cost of "identification of Welder" cards required by high pressure welders in the performance of their assigned duties at the Council.
Vehicles and Equipment. Consultant will furnish all vehicles, equipment, tools, and materials used to provide the Services required by this Agreement. Client will not require Consultant to rent or purchase any equipment, product, or service as a condition of entering into this Agreement.
Vehicles and Equipment. 15.1 The Employer agrees to provide vehicles that are properly equipped and maintained in good running order. Employees are required to ensure that they have carried out safety checks in accordance with Company regulations and the Highway Traffic Act before leaving the yard and are required to report any defect immediately. If the defect occurs during the operation of the vehicle and is not an emergency the employee is to complete a written repair order on return to the yard. Employees are required to maintain an acceptable level of cleanliness in the vehicle being operated. Employees shall not operate vehicles which are not in a safe operating condition and not equipped with the safety appliances required by law.
15.2 For the purpose of storing buses where the driver resides, the following criteria apply:
a) Storage location must meet all local by-laws and restrictions for parking
b) Subject to Article 26, storage space shall be at no charge to the Employer
c) Access and use of hydro plug-in facilities during cold weather will be the responsibility of the employee
d) The bus, at the option of the Employer, may be removed from the storage location in the event of vandalism
e) Fuel facilities suitable to the Employer must be in a location so that deadheading is kept to a minimum.
(a) It shall be the responsibility of the Resident drivers to maintain the cleanliness of their vehicles as required. Resident drivers shall have the option of bringing their vehicles to the yard for external and heavy internal cleaning at a time mutually agreed upon by the driver and the Location Manager or his designee.
(b) If Resident drivers are requested to bring buses in for major repairs or inspections by the Employer Office and the driver is not provided with alternative transportation, said driver will be compensated for time spent while waiting at the Charter waiting time rate.
Vehicles and Equipment. When performing visits to ENEL'S sites or sites under construction, the SUPPLIER'S vehicles and equipment shall be used only by qualified and authorized personnel. When appropriate, certification, use or driving license/permission must be presented. ENEL shall check said documentation before beginning the visit. All vehicles must be in working condition for use. Within ENEL'S facilities, the use of safety belts for all vehicle occupants is compulsory. The SUPPLIER must observe the speed limits established in ENEL'S sites.

With respect to each vehicle or item of Equipment constituting Collateral acquired by any Borrower after the Closing Date with an individual value in excess of $150,000, on an orderly liquidation value basis, subject to a certificate of title statute, Borrowers shall deliver to Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to Agent: (i) a fully-executed, notarized power of attorney authorizing Corporation Service Company to perfect liens on behalf of Agent; (ii) new unencumbered titles for each vehicle or item of Equipment within the earlier of (x) five (5) days of receipt by a Borrower of a new title certificate for a vehicle or item of Equipment and (y) twenty-five (25) days of purchase; (iii) to the extent applicable, an odometer statement clearly identifying the current mileage for each item of Collateral; and (iv) to the extent applicable, an in-state garaging address for each item of Collateral.
