At all times from the date hereof to the Final Payout Date, unless the Majority Lenders shall otherwise consent in writing, the SPV hereby covenants and agrees with the Lenders and the Administrators as to itself only, and the Servicer hereby covenants and agrees with the Lenders and the Administrators as to itself only, as follows (it being understood and agreed, for the avoidance of doubt, that the covenants of the SPV and the Servicer have been combined herein for ease of documentation only):
