Common use of Negotiated Document Clause in Contracts

Negotiated Document. Lender and Borrower acknowledge ------------------- that the provisions and the language of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents have been negotiated, and agree that no provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Document shall be construed against either Lender or Borrower by reason of either Lender or Borrower having drafted such provision, this Agreement or any other Loan Document.
