Negotiation of Additional Ground Lease Extensions. T-Mobile Collocator, if requested by Tower Operator, shall use commercially reasonable efforts to assist Tower Operator (and not interfere with Tower Operator) in obtaining further extensions of the term of any Ground Lease; provided that T-Mobile Collocator shall not be required to expend any funds in connection therewith.
