Survival of Terms and Provisions. All terms defined in this Agreement and all provisions of this Agreement solely to the extent necessary to the interpretation of the Master Agreement or any other Collateral Agreement referred to in the Master Agreement shall survive after the termination or expiration of this Agreement and shall remain in full force and effect until the expiration or termination of such applicable agreement.

Survival of Terms and Provisions. All appropriate terms and provisions hereof shall survive the termination or revocation of this License.
