Negotiation of Beneficial Owner Servicing Fees and Networked Account Servicing Fees. The Investment Company authorizes FTIS to negotiate Beneficial Owner Servicing Fees and Networked Account Servicing Fees (other than with respect to Class R6 shares or Class IS shares, if any) on the Investment Company's behalf and shall reimburse FTIS for those fees negotiated as set forth above. For all classes of shares of a Fund, other than Class R6 shares or Class IS shares, FTIS will in no event negotiate and agree, on behalf of any Fund, after the date of this Agreement, nor will the Investment Company, on behalf of a Fund, reimburse FTIS for, Beneficial Owner Servicing Fees and Networked Account Servicing Fees for each fiscal year of the Fund that exceed the amounts set forth in Schedule C hereto, unless otherwise agreed to in advance by the Investment Company’s Board of Trustees/Directors.
