Negotiation of new Water Transfer Agreement. If the Customer wishes to enter into a new Water Transfer Agreement with CWW at the expiration of the term of this Agreement, the Customer shall notify CWW and enter into negotiations in a timely fashion to enable the parties to reach mutually acceptable commercial terms and, in any event, in sufficient time to allow the parties to enter in such agreement a minimum of 12 months prior to the end of the term of this Agreement.
