The Customer shall. 5.1.1. get acquainted with the provisions herein and the Standard Terms at the time of registration on the Contractor’s website or in the mobile application; 5.1.2. timely pay and receive services under the terms of this Agreement; 5.1.3. use his/her personal profile and mobile application, following the Standard Terms Meest Shopping; 5.1.4. provide the Contractor with information about the content/description of the Order and other information at the request of the Contractor or the International Representative Office; 5.1.5. indemnify losses caused to the Contractor or third parties involved by the Contractor to ensure the provision of services under this Agreement by providing false information regarding content of the Order or personal data of the user of personal profile 5.1.6. observe the list of goods prohibited for transportation and solely be responsible for the declaration correctness of information regarding the content/characteristics of the goods.

The Customer shall. (a) use appropriate security precautions in connection with its use of the Services; (b) comply with the Customer Laws; (c) provide such Customer Materials, information, resources and assistance in a timely manner as Brigantia shall reasonably require to perform the Services at no charge to Brigantia and (d) provide Brigantia with reasonable assistance in investigating the cause of Service outages, security problems and any suspected breach of the Agreement by the Customer or its Affiliates at no charge to Brigantia.

The Customer shall. (a) ensure that the terms of the Order and any information it provides in the Service Specification and the Goods Specification are complete and accurate; (b) co-operate with the Supplier in all matters relating to the Services; (c) provide the Supplier, its employees, agents, consultants and subcontractors, with full and clear access to the Customer’s premises and other facilities as reasonably required by the Supplier to provide the Services, during the hours of 8:00am to 18:00pm, Monday to Friday; (d) provide the Supplier with such information and materials as the Supplier may reasonably require in order to supply the Services, and ensure that such information is complete and accurate in all material respects; (e) ensure that Procurement is carried out via the Supplier’s preferred third parties. If the preferred third parties are not utilised then Clause 7.2 will strictly apply; (f) prepare the premises for the supply of the Services including but not limited to the following: • clearing out the cupboards by the stop tap; • clearing space to the fuse box; • not starting a washing load prior to the supplier attending to commence work; • emptying the bathroom of any personal belongings e.g. towels. Toothbrushes, toilet roll stands etc.; • clearly xxxx any items that are required to be kept, e.g. shelves, mirrors etc.; • remove any pictures or ornaments on the walls or window xxxxx between the main door to the house and the bathroom; • clear a space in an adjacent room or garage to allow the Supplier to store tiles, suite items and general building materials. (g) obtain and maintain all necessary licences, permissions and consents which may be required for the Services before the date on which the Services are to start;
The Customer shall i. Notify M2C of any amendments to the times or daily schedules that the introduced cleaner attends. ii. Take ownership of the arrangement of work direction, periods & tasks, providing clear work requests. iii. Provide one full day's period of notice to the introduced cleaner and M2C of any amendments to existing work arrangements, including that of requesting a replacement introduced cleaner. iv. Contact M2C directly if a temporary cleaner is required due to the regular cleaner's illness or holiday as replacements are not automatically supplied, as not all Customers require them (due to key handling etc). v. Inform M2C regarding the intention to employ a M2C introduced cleaner or dismiss a cleaner introduced by M2C. vi. Accept a cleaner on a 'non-preferred day' if a cleaner is being sought by M2C or on holiday or during cleaner sickness periods.
The Customer shall. (a) Provide a suitable environment in which to install the CTU at an appropriate place in the Customer’s building. This shall include sufficient mains power outlets, access to a PSTN telephone connection and appropriate cell-phone coverage, adequate lighting and air temperature control. If the Customer requires an alternative location elsewhere on the site/building then suitable data and telephone cabling shall be provided at the Customer’s expense. (b) Make available a PSTN Line suitable for connection by a line grabber at its cost. No other line grabbing equipment shall be installed on this line.

The Customer shall. (a) Provide a suitable environment in which to install the CTU at an appropriate place in the Customer’s building. This shall include sufficient mains power outlets, appropriate cellular coverage to two separate providers, adequate lighting and air temperature control. The environment shall have adequate cellular data connectivity from the point of installation. (b) Make available cellular connections via two providers to enable Dual Sim monitoring. Exterior and/or directional antennas may be required at the customer’s expense including wiring and installation (generally only required for poor cellular reception in rural areas or basements etc). (c) Maintain the Fire Alarm System in good working order to the appropriate NZ Standards (NZS 4512 and others as appropriate) and only engage the Contractor or other AFAM approved contractor to undertake maintenance work on the Fire Alarm System (at the cost of the Customer). (d) Implement changes to CTU at the cost of the Customer to better enhance the quality of Monitoring Services and the administration of Monitoring Services. (e) Provide keys and access codes as stipulated in Schedule 1 and keep up-to date the “Premises Access Location Contact Data” in Schedule 1 on a prompt basis. (f) Supply the Contractor, AFAM, or FENZ with all information requested in investigating any False Alarms. (g) Take all reasonable steps to ensure that the AFAM CTU is kept secure from damage, theft, or access by un-authorised persons at all times, and is not exposed to damage of any kind, fair wear and tear excepted. (h) Give at least five business days prior notice of any work on the Customer’s building which could affect the Fire Alarm System equipment. (i) The Customer shall immediately notify the Contractor if there is a problem with the Fire Alarm System equipment. (j) Be liable to maintain power supply and replace any standby batteries in the CTU at its costs as part of its regular maintenance of its Fire Alarm System. (k) Permit the Contractor to have access to the Customer’s building for the purpose of inspecting (and maintaining) the Fire Alarm System and where applicable disconnecting and removing AFAM equipment from the building. (l) Promptly notify the Contractor of any change in ownership of the Customer’s building where a Fire Alarm System is installed. (m) Not interfere or allow any third person to interfere with the CTU.
The Customer shall. (a) co-operate with the Supplier in all matters relating to the Services; (b) follow the Supplier’s reasonable instructions including ensuring that the Equipment and all other equipment connected to a Service is connected to and used with the Service in accordance with all relevant published instructions and any safety and security procedures notified to the Customer. (c) prepare the Customer's Premises, office accommodation, computer systems and/or devices and other facilities for the supply of the Services, in accordance with the reasonable requests of the Supplier, its agents, subcontractors and employees including putting in place, at its own cost and risk, all adequate security and virus checking systems to protect its computer systems, equipment, network elements and data and the Customer shall notify the Supplier, its agents, subcontractors and employees of any reasonable regulations to be complied with at any of the Customer’s Premises; (d) protect all passwords, employ appropriate security measures and devices including virus checking software and maintain (and ensure that each of its authorised users maintains) the integrity and secrecy of all passwords, log-in details and access codes used for the purposes of accessing or using the Services or any systems, equipment, network elements and data; (e) provide a safe, secure and suitable environment for storing and installing the Equipment and for working, maintain adequate employer’s and public liability insurances, and supply on an ongoing basis, at its cost, all space, power supply, access points, cables, trunking, electricity, air conditioning and any other facility as may be reasonably required by the Supplier, its agents, subcontractors and employees; (f) keep and maintain all materials, equipment, documents and other property of the Supplier (Supplier Materials) including modems, voice cards and line cards, at the Customer's Premises in safe custody at its own risk, maintain the Supplier Materials in good condition until returned to the Supplier, and not dispose of or use the Supplier Materials other than in accordance with the Supplier's written instructions or authorisation from time to time; (g) not maintain, service, repair or make any replacement, modification, adjustment or connection to the Equipment save as agreed by the Supplier in writing; (h) not tamper with, hack, reverse engineer, re-set, copy, adapt, decompile, disassemble or modify any part or all of the Supplier Materials or Eq...
The Customer shall. (a) co-operate with the Supplier in performing the Services and provide any assistance or information as may reasonably be required by the Supplier, including in relation to the diagnosis of any faults; (b) report faults promptly to the Supplier; and (c) keep full backup copies of all of its data.
