Net Agreement. This Agreement in every sense shall be without cost or expense to Authority including without limitation, cost and expenses relating to the development, maintenance, improvements and operation of the Operations Areas.

Net Agreement. It is the intent and purpose of the City and Concessionaire that all Concession Fees payable by Concessionaire herein shall be absolutely net to the City so that this Agreement shall yield to City the entire amount of the Concession Fees described in Article 4 hereof, in each year of this Agreement, free of any charges, assessments, impositions or deductions of any kind or character which may be charged, assessed, or imposed on or against Concessionaire, without abatement, deduction or set-off by Concessionaire.

AIRLINE shall pay all taxes, fees, or assessments of whatever character that may be lawfully levied, assessed, or charged by any governmental entity upon the property, real and personal, occupied, used, or owned by AIRLINE, or upon the rights of AIRLINE to V. Rent, Fees, and Charges occupy and use the Premises, or upon AIRLINE’s improvements, fixtures, equipment, or other property thereon, or upon AIRLINE’s rights or operations hereunder. AIRLINE shall have the right at its sole cost and expense to contest the amount or validity of any tax or license as may have been or may be levied, assessed, or charged.

It is the intent and purpose of the City and Lessee that all rental payable by Lessee herein shall be absolutely net to the City so that this Lease shall yield to City the entire rent specified, in each year of this Lease, free of any charges, assessments, impositions or deductions of any kind or character which may be charged, assessed, or imposed on or against Lessee or the Leased Premises, without abatement, deduction or set-off by Lessee.
Net Agreement. This is a Net Agreement with respect to monthly Base Rent, fees and charges paid to Lessor by Xxxxxx. Lessee shall, at Xxxxxx's cost and expense, in addition to the Rent, fees and charges set forth herein, pay all costs and expenses associated with Xxxxxx's occupancy and use of the Premises and with the activities and operations conducted thereon/therefrom pursuant to this Agreement, including but not limited to those certain activities and operations described herein.
