Lessee shall pay to the BOCC ($0.413138) per square foot (10,709 x .413138) equaling the sum of four thousand four hundred forty-two and 29/100 dollars ($4,424.29) annually, as rent for the premises and all improvements therein during the year 2021. Should Lessee assign, sublet or otherwise transfer use and occupancy of any portion of this land lease to a third party, in accordance with Section III., D., above, rent shall be severable, and the BOCC shall look solely to such third party for payment of all rentals with respect to such land lease on a pro-rata square footage basis.
